In the observance of BRIGADA ESKWELA 2016 of Department of Education, (PanWaDis) brought its Back-to-School Program for the grade 1  pupils of Pandi Central School, Poblacion, Pandi, Bulacan.

One of the 2015 Millenium Development Goal called for every child in the world, boys and girls alike, to receive a full course of primary school education by 2015, were at the age of 15-24 will be able to writed and read.

Based on the said Millenium Goal, Pandi Water District also had its long term goal to help underserve children  where insufficient school supply hinder them to attend basic education that serve as potential issue to achieve the universal primary education.

The said program was partnered by Immaculate Conception Parish Sub-Parish Pastoral Council of Poblacion (SY 2014-2016).
